When you send a PDA, cargo or commercial enquiry, Cedar may collect your name, company, business contact details and the vessel, cargo, route and service information you submit.
Supporting documents
If you attach vessel particulars, cargo documents, drawings or images, those files are handled as part of the commercial enquiry and are stored server-side outside the public website directory. They are not published on the website.
Why we use it
We use the information to review your enquiry, prepare operational or commercial information, communicate with you, and maintain a record of the business opportunity and related follow-up.
Source and campaign information
The enquiry form may record the page used to contact Cedar, referral information and standard campaign parameters such as UTM source or campaign. This helps Cedar understand which commercial outreach or website pages generated an enquiry.
Who may receive it
Information may be shared internally with the Cedar team and, when your enquiry specifically involves sea transportation or chartering, with the relevant Akson group team required to evaluate that request. We do not publish enquiry details on the website.
